My Story

With almost a decade of hands-on coaching and drawing on experience with various types of clients, I bring a multitude of knowledge with certifications and trainings in the following areas:

  • Soma Training

  • ELDOA

  • USAW Strength and Conditioning

  • Myofascial and Global Postural Stretching 

  • Injury Recovery

  • Nutrition Planning and Accountability

  • Youth Technique Development

All these, in combination with a robust personal athletic background of my own, have shaped my view on clients needs and abilities. Additionally, I pride myself on studying strength and hypertrophy training for bodybuilding competitions, as well as proper technique in the area of Olympic Weightlifting. 

Whatever the need could be, from wanting to change how you feel and look about yourself - to finding the strength to lift those couple extra pounds and boost confidence in the gym, I am there to cover it.
